JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle queries and complaints of the company products

Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency

Energetic, customer friendly and approachable individuals that understand the impact of great customer service

Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the targets

Strong ability to multitasking and take fast decisions independently to solve issues

Maintains patience with customers and treat every customer in similar manner


KEY SKILLS:

A “Customer Service Representative” must have

Excellent verbal, written and listening skills

Should have good command over Grammar and Fluency in Odia, HIndi or English

Should not have any mistakes while conversing

Details of several functions to provide quality service

Good knowledge of computers

Ability to Write/type messages to ensure professional tone.


JOB SUMMARY:

This position requires the candidate to be pro-active, energetic, high on ethics & render services for the following tasks effectively

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Education qualifications – +2, Diploma, Any Graduate

Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Should not be below 18 years of age

Flexible to work in rotational shifts according to business needs.
