Candidates from background who is selling product on phone

Must have Good Communication Skill

Can Speak Odia , Hindi is Better or English

Must be smart and Good Looking

Having basic Computer knowledge

Handle queries and complaints of the company products

Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency

Energetic, customer friendly and approachable individuals that understand the impact of great customer service

Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the targets

Strong ability to multitasking and take fast decisions independently to solve issues

Maintains patience with customers and treat every customer in similar manner

Education qualifications : +2, Diploma, Any Graduate

Qualification : 10+2, +2 Pass, Graduation and Above, ITI, Diploma

Experience : 

Minimum 1 year of Telesales experience

Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Should not be below 18 years of age

KEY SKILLS :

A “Customer Service Representative” must have

Excellent verbal, written and listening skills

Should have good command over Grammar and Fluency in Odia, Hindi or English

Should not have any mistakes while conversing

Details of several functions to provide quality service

Good knowledge of computers

Ability to Write/type messages to ensure professional tone.
